My Thoughts

The Susella Steel Vegetable Steamer's design is very unique. Different from anything I have come across. I loved steamed vegetables, so I was happy to try out this product. I won't lie, it too me a minute to figure it out because when it first arrived, it was folded up. It looked almost like an upside down bowl or saucer. But, once I figured it out, it was simple. I like that it's compact and sits down inside my pan. It was a little smaller than I hoped, even when it was expanded. And, I noticed I had to make sure I was using a deep pan or the water would touch the vegetables. Cleaning was a bit tricky. To make sure it is cleaned well, did take me some time. A lot of holes and crevices where food can get into. The quality is good, seemed a little flimsy, but was still able to use it.



it takes a LOT of careful scrubbing in order to clean it well. Now some of the blades have worked their way loose and constantly fall off while cleaning it. I have now switched to a conventional pot steamer which is MUCH easier to clean. I have put this little steamer in the drawer. It will only be used when
