My Thoughts
First, I liked that this Insta Natural Dead Sea Mask only has about 10 ingredients and most of them are organic. It also doesn't have a strong scent, if any. When I applied it to my face, the mud mask wasn't as thick as some other mud mask products I have tried in the past, a lot thinner in consistency. In my opinion, maybe to thing. It was soft and smooth, almost slimy feeling, making it easy to apply and spread out over my face. It can get a little messy, I had to be careful. I didn't need much, a thin, even layer did the job. I applied the mask as directed, avoiding my eyes and lips. It felt cool going on, but no burning sensation like others I've tried. It didn't take a long time to dry and harden, but not super fast either. The longer I kept it on, the harder the mask got. It did make my face start to itch as it did dry. I have really oily skin, so I left the mask on for about 15 - 20 minutes. I didn't want to cause over drying. It was pretty easy to rinse off the mask with warm water. I preferred to rinse it off in the shower, just easier for me, personally. Afterward, my face did feel a little tight, but it also felt softer, smoother and just refreshed. I will continue to use this product once a week along with my daily facial cleansing routine.
