My Thoughts
I'll be honest, my expectations for this product were pretty high since Adovia is now one of my favorite brands when it comes to skin care. I simply love their products. I really wanted to try this Adovia sulfur soap because I have really oily skin which leads to acne problems. I don't get a lot but the ones I do get are always big or some place really noticeable. I have tried many products in the past, especially bar soaps, and they always tend to leave my very dry. This Adovia sulfur soap doesn't have a strong scent, if any, of anything. It lathers well and after I used it, I did feel like it left my skin cleansed without stripping it of moisture and it didn't leave any residue behind. My face didn't feel "extra" soft, like it did with Adovia Dead Sea Salt Soap, which I loved, but it also didn't feel dry like other bar soaps have done to my face. However, after using it for several more weeks, I did see a decrease in the oiliness of my skin and it seem to help with the redness of my skin too. It did also seem like I was getting fewer pimples over time. Overall, I feel that this is a great product to try if you have issues with acne, oily skin and/or any other skin problems.
