My Thoughts

So, I've been using this product for approximately 3 weeks now and I must say, not bad... I will definitely keep using it. I think this is the sort of product you need to use for a bit longer to see the full effects. When I first opened it, the first thing I noticed was a strong "minty" odor, it is strong, but I liked it. It also has a thick, soft, silky feel to it, which made it very easy to apply. 

The first time I used it, there was definitely a burning/hot sensation, probably due to the eucalyptus ingredient. It even made my eyes kind of burn with it just being on my face. I kept it away from my eyes like the directions said to. But, the sensation did slowly subsided as it dried and by the time I rinsed it off, I could see that there was no skin irritation at all... After the third time I used it, it didn't burn as much, just a little tingly sensation... Maybe my skin just had to get use to this product. But, I will say that even after the first use I noticed right away that my face felt smoother and softer. The only other way I could describe it is, my face literally felt "fresh"! Like all mud-masks, it is a bit messy but it came off pretty easily with warm water. I found it easier to put the mask on, then take a shower. I did notice that after a few more uses, it did dry out my face a bit, which for me I didn't mind to much because I have really oily skin, so that helped. If you have dry skin, just make sure to moisturize well. Other than that, I'm pretty pleased and happy with this product and definitely will recommend it.

NOTE: This is a mud-mask... emphasis on mud. I keep my jar in the refrigerator because I have talked to other people that have tried this product in the past and they have said it can develop mold. If you prefer not to keep it in the refrigerator, just keep an eye on it, there is a shelf life.
